ABOUT THE SHOw

Chef’s Line is culinary program hosted by St. Albans restauranteur, Adam Monette. Among demonstrations of food preparation and cooking methods, the show features a call-in segment where individuals can ask genuine questions for advice in the spirit of advancing their knowledge and creativity in the field.

Principal photography for the program’s pilot episode began in December 2024 and production will continue through April 2025.

At various points during production, there will be opportunity for public engagement with Chef Adam. Call sheets and participant registration information will be posted below whenever these opportunities become available.
